It does seem strange that a court would be so afraid of a law that specifically forbids law enforcement from racially profiling - but that wasn\'t enough for the courts (and a Clinton appointed Judge) to jump to the rescue of the paranoid left - who worry about kids being scooped up while they enjoy an ice cream cone.
